What is scoring in vimiGoal?

Basically, if an employee can’t achieve the goal, the person can’t achieve any of the points. However, by ticking the scoring function, employees can get points based on their goal completion.

By not ticking the scoring box

If an employee hits RM100,000 in sales this month, he can earn 50 points. However, if an employee fails to hit RM100,000 this month, he is not able to get any points.

By ticking the scoring box

If an employee only gets 75% good reviews in this month, he can only earn 24/30 points   (0.75 x 50% = 37.5 points).

Approve or reject (Only if approval is required for vimiGoal completion) 

After employees completed their goals, employers should approve or reject for employees’ vimiGoal completion.

Guideline:

Step 1: Head over to All Feature Tab at the top of the website 🡪 Under Rewards list, click on vimiGoal 2.0 Settings.

Step 2: Click on Approve vimiGoal.

Step 3: Mark Approve or Mark Reject for the selected employee.

Step 4: Once vimiGoal is approved, the employee's goal is completed.
